Booking conditions

Following your request or Pre-booking , we will send you a proposal as soon as possible according to our availability. Upon receipt of our proposal, you will then have 5 days to confirm your reservation by returning the signed proposal and deposit (by transfert, a 30% of the total price) .

In order to guarantee the reservation we need

  • a credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, No American Express). No charge on your card before coming. It’s just a guarantee in case of no show.
  • Your stay will be paid at leaving. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or cash.

Cancellation policies

  • no charge if you cancel 60 days or more before check in date (J-60,17H)
  • De 60 à 2 days: 30%
  • De 1 à 0 days before: 100% of the total amount.
  • If you start your journey, payment is complete. 
     
  • Continental breakfast : 8 euros / 1 pers, include in the price, they are served to the poolhouse. (From 8:30 am till 10:00 am maximum)
  • The lodge regrets not being able to welcome the less than 16-year-old children
  • The household is not daily but every 3 days.
  • Our friends animals are not accepted.
  • All our prices are posted in euros and settled in euros.
  • Any reservation must be accompanied with the sum equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
  • The balance must be settled at the latest the day of arrival to the lodge. The registration is effective since the deposit or all of the payment is taken. She implies that the person acquainted with present terms of sale and declares to sign to it.
  • Method of payment: credit card , species or bank transfer.
  • The accommodation facilities of ” ohana lodge ” are limited to 10 people maximum.
